- No-fault divorce. In Tennessee, you don't need to show that one party was at fault to get a divorce. You only have to show irreconcilable differences. In this situation, the parties agree to be divorced.
- Fault divorce. In these situations, the divorce is being contested by one party. In order for the other party to get a divorce, he or she must be able to show that the other party committed an act such as adultery or abandonment.
- Contested or uncontested divorce. I can help you settle all divorce issues, whether through litigation or negotiated settlement. I have extensive training and experience as a trial lawyer.
- High asset divorce. If your marital estate includes significant assets, including multiple homes, investments, retirement funds or business property, I can help you equitably divide the debts and property.

I explain the required co-parenting class that covers custody and visitation. I will help you prepare for mediation, take care of all discovery, including depositions, and take your case to trial if mediation fails. I will also work with the guardian ad litem if necessary.
