When you hire me to defend you in a criminal case, I will vigorously represent you throughout the process, from the criminal investigation or arrest through trial and appeal, if necessary. I will carefully review all the police reports and any documents filed with or obtained from the court, including indictments and arrest/search warrants. If I uncover any procedural irregularities, I will seek suppression of the evidence and, if appropriate, dismissal of the charges.
I will take as much time as I need to get your side of the story, and I will identify possible defenses, such as self-defense. I will make sure you understand your options for moving forward (trial vs. plea bargain), and will give you an honest assessment of the likelihood of acquittal, based on the evidence.
